Event Guidelines
- A nominal participation fee of 20 rupees will be charged for each game.
- All participants must follow the game rules and demonstrate good sportsmanship.
- Scoring criteria will be explained prior to the beginning of each game.
- The organizers will provide all necessary equipment for the games.
General Guidelines

Participants should complete their registration by September 24th, 2024.
- Spot registration is not available.
- A College ID card or an authorization letter must be presented upon arrival at the campus.
- Please review the event guidelines and adhere to all rules and regulations.
- Participation is limited to one event per individual.
- A maximum of two teams from the same college can compete in an event.
- Attendees are required to wear formals, smart casuals, or uniforms.
- All events, except for group dance, will take place on both days, so please be prepared to stay overnight.
- Any queries regarding the guidelines should be addressed before the events begin.
- All event rounds and rules will be communicated at the respective venues.
- Multiple campuses of the same college will be treated as separate entities for the purpose of calculating the Overall Championship.
- Registration cancellations with a refund are permitted only until September 27th, 2024.
- Any misbehavior by participants will result in the disqualification of the entire team from the event.
- The decisions made by the judges and event heads are final.
- Smoking, drinking, and the consumption of any prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.
- The registration charges for all events are as follows: ₹799 per head for Dormitory Rooms, ₹899 per head for Shared Rooms, and ₹1,299 per head for Premium Rooms. These charges include event registration, food, and accommodation, with all prices inclusive of GST.
- The availability of Premium Rooms is limited to 100 registrations on a first-come, first-served basis, priced at ₹1,299.
